Good for team projects

Finally decided to give Monday a try for our small team's project management needs. The ordering process was quite straightforward on their website, which was a relief. I signed up for the standard plan. Delivery, in terms of getting access to the platform, was instant as expected for a SAAS product. No issues there. The quality of the platform itself is pretty good. It's fairly intuitive once you get the hang of it, though there was a bit of a learning curve for some of my less tech-savvy colleagues. We mostly use it for task tracking and status updates. Support was responsive when I had a question about integrating with another tool, which was a plus. My main minor issue is sometimes it feels a bit overwhelming with all the features, but I suppose that's also its strength. Overall, satisfied with the purchase.

Always reliable for project tracking

Been using Monday for a good while now, probably close to two years, for managing various projects at work. This last order was for an upgrade to our team's plan, and honestly, the process was as smooth as ever. I've had experiences with other project management tools before, and it's always a gamble whether the renewal or upgrade will be a headache. But Monday just consistently delivers. The platform itself is intuitive, and every time I've had to expand or adjust our subscription, it's been straightforward. No hidden fees, no confusing steps, just a quick upgrade and we're back to it. That reliability is why I keep coming back. It just works.

Super easy to use!

Honestly, I was a bit overwhelmed with managing all our projects at work. monday.com popped up as a suggestion and I finally decided to give it a try. The setup was surprisingly straightforward, even for someone like me who isn't super tech-savvy. Everything is laid out so clearly, and it's made tracking tasks and deadlines so much less stressful. My team picked it up really fast too, which is a huge plus. Definitely exceeded what I thought it would be.

Good for team tasks

Needed a better way to track team projects. Monday works pretty well for that. Setup was straightforward, didn't take much time. It's easy to see what everyone's doing. Sometimes it feels a bit much, like too many options, but we mostly stick to the basics. It helps keep things organized. I'd recommend it for small to medium teams.

Boosted my team's workflow

Finally decided to give Monday a try for our small design agency, and honestly, it's been a game-changer. Ordering the Pro plan was super straightforward on their website; didn't hit any snags during checkout which was a relief. The activation emails came through almost instantly too. We were up and running within an hour, which was a pleasant surprise for project management software. The quality of the platform itself is fantastic. It's incredibly intuitive, even for team members who aren't super tech-savvy. We've been using it to track client projects, assign tasks, and manage deadlines. The visual dashboards are probably my favorite part – seeing everything laid out so clearly really helps keep us on track. Had one small question about integrating with a specific tool, and their support got back to me the next morning with a clear, helpful answer. No long waits or generic responses. It's made our weekly meetings so much more efficient, cutting down on confusion and missed steps. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

monday CRM vs monday Work Management for sales tracking?

S SoniaD 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer
CRM is built for sales. Work Management can do it, but you'll be building more from scratch. CRM has all the sales pipeline stuff ready.

Does CRM include the other features too?

That's what I figured. Thanks!

Work Management is more general project stuff. If sales is your main thing, CRM is the way.

I tried to make Work Management work for sales, but ended up just getting CRM. It's just easier.

Thinking of trying monday.com for my small business. Which plan is best to start with?

A AnkitPatel 2 months ago ✓ Best Answer
Just go for the free trial first. See if it even clicks with your team. Then maybe the Work Management plan.

Depends what you're doing. If it's just tasks, the basic Work Management is fine. If you need CRM, then obviously the monday CRM.

We need sales pipeline mostly.

CRM is a separate product right?
