monday CRM vs monday Work Management for sales tracking?

S SoniaD 3 weeks ago ✓ Best Answer
CRM is built for sales. Work Management can do it, but you'll be building more from scratch. CRM has all the sales pipeline stuff ready.

Does CRM include the other features too?

That's what I figured. Thanks!

Work Management is more general project stuff. If sales is your main thing, CRM is the way.

I tried to make Work Management work for sales, but ended up just getting CRM. It's just easier.

Thinking of trying monday.com for my small business. Which plan is best to start with?

A AnkitPatel 1 month ago ✓ Best Answer
Just go for the free trial first. See if it even clicks with your team. Then maybe the Work Management plan.

Depends what you're doing. If it's just tasks, the basic Work Management is fine. If you need CRM, then obviously the monday CRM.

We need sales pipeline mostly.

CRM is a separate product right?
